More album reviews

The last few days several Scandinavian newspapers have published reviews on Carola's new album "Christmas in Bethlehem". I have translated some excerpts from some Swedish, Norwegian and Danish newspapers. If any more reviews are published, I will bring them to you as soon as possible.
"'Christmas in Bethlehem' is only partly a new Carola album. Five tracks are new, the others are English versions of songs from the previous two best-selling 'Jul i Betlehem' albums. Perhaps this album will be Carola's ticket to the international market since it has already topped the U.S. Amazon list over most downloaded Christmas album."
(Rated 3 out of 6)
Dan Backman, Svenska Dagbladet (Sweden)

"Some exciting duets, primarily with Hans-Erik Husby Dyvik from Turbonegro and relatively new-found English superstar Paul Potts, lift the album from mediocracy."
(Rated 2 out of 5)
Stefan Forsberg, Sundsvalls Tidning (Sweden)

"Carola is not able to either touch us with the English versions the way she did with the originals, or to provide us with the good Christmas mood."
(Rated 3 out of 6)
Svein Andersen, Aftenposten (Norway)

"Musically this album is close to impeccable. The song choices and expression are exciting and varies from ethnic influences to soft pop to rap and reggae."
(Rated 3 out of 6)
Per-Magne Midjo, Trønder-Avisa (Norway)

"Overall Carola has made a quite accomplished Christmas album with an unique mix of Eurovision, jazz and gospel blended into the musical mix."

Erik Jensen, Politiken (Denmark)
