Carola Camp is over

The first ever Carola Camp took place in Krägga last weekend. 64 students took part of the camp that Carola hopes will not be the last. There are even plans to hold camps in English in other European countries.

Chart news (w 23)

"The Best of Andrea Bocelli - Vivere" that includes "Because We Believe" as a duet with Carola, re-enters the Swedish album chart this week at no 43. The album sold gold in 2007 and this is its 23 week on the chart.

Another album is still on the charts; the 2xCD compilation album "Sång & Glädje" is at no 2o on the Swedish compilation album chart. This is its 11 week on the chart.

Carola in Nashville

Carola is currently visiting Nashville to get inspiration for her next few albums. Her visit has included singing at the wedding of Jim Chaffee, the President of CMG (a Christian music company) and a good friend of Carola's. She has also had meetings with American record labels, producers and composers. 

According to Anders Johansson (Carola's A&R), Carola is working on several projects; rock, pop and a Christmas album, and that her plans for the future will be revealed soon.
